There are better places in Phoenix, and this is not one of them.
Pros:
New complex
Variety of sizes (# of bdrms)
Pools/Gym/Business Center
Maintenance on site
Cons:
Lack or responses from management
Incredibly rude residents
Lack of adequate parking
Seem to segregate between Bacara (better side) and Montelena (worse side).
Managment interested in your money, not much more
Not family freindly
Lack of security
Conclusion: spend your rent money elsewhere, or you'll end up like me and be looking for a way out of your contract.
