So far so good. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I've been here for a few months now and have no major complaints. I do agree the parking spaces are small though. My neighbors arenāt too bad the walls in-between apartments are more than adequate to block sound however there could be more in-between floors I have had several instances where Iāve been able to hear sub woofers. One thing to watch out for though is the gates are broken at least once a week. Itās a pretty good place if youāre single and donāt mind not knowing any of your neighbors.
