The first few month's weren't bad.... then since July I have had to call security 19 times on my upstairs neighbor. She likes to have about 10 people at any given time in her apartment, at all hours of the day and night! The police have been involved, and I have directly complained to the staff on atleast 6 occasions. And, still, nothing is being done. Paying $800 a month for a studio and a nervous breakdown. Looks nice, but a total nightmare. If you call tasteful decor beer cans and cigarette butts across the entire perimeter of the complex, you will LOVE this this place! But don't expect anyone to do anything about anything.... Great place to recommend tp someone you hate!

Yep, over priced, extremely small, ghetto (and I live on the 'nice' side, Bacara). Oh yea, great place to live. My lease is up at the end of the month YAY! Actually moving to a duplex in Sunny Slope to save money and believe it or not, it's actually safer there than at The Canyons. And you don't have the annoying race track (parking lot) to contend with. Don't move here! Find a nice, quite, SAFE neighborhood to move to; you'll waste your money here.

Managment is terrrrrrrrable!!!!!!!!! nothing gets fixxed!! Stay away! gates never work, they change rules all the time!! like pool hours! secuity doesnt help protect you, they just bug the residents! beware!! bad place to live!!
