This is the worst place I have ever lived and I could not get out of there fast enough. From the outside it looks nice, but the walls are paper thin, there's no insulation on the pipes, their is a major cricket problem, the management staff is lazy and incompetent and the list goes on.
This place is Romper Room at its best! I can't tell you how many times in the middle of the night I've been awaken by the upstairs neighbor flushing their toilet! When they walked around it sounded as if they were coming through the ceiling.
I had to have my apartment sprayed monthly for crickets and I swear they just got bigger, it was utterly disguisting.
The first month of the management change they lost my rent check and placed a soon to be evicted notice on my door. When I showed they the carbon copy of the check they told me they never got it and to stop pay on it. I worte a new check, then they found the old one and cashed both checks. Then they tried to charge me for insufficient funds for the check they told me to stop pay on.
My garage door opener never worked and I had to recieve several credits for it. Someone should call the health department and have this placed picketed until they close or run them out of business. Oh, one last thing. All the professional people are moving out of this dump before the ink can dry on their notice to leave. Heed all the warnings, they are TRUE!!! Run don't walk from this place, run and never look back!!!

They lost my rent check several times, too, when I lived here. The first time I only found out about it when I had a warning notice of eviction (need to pay within 5 days or face eviction proceedings). I went to the office with the carbon copy of my check and they did a "search" on it in their system and come to find out they had applied my payment to another person's apartment. Don't ask me how that mistake could possibly happen, but whatever. The second time my check was lost, I called their attention to the fact that 2 weeks had gone by past the rent due date and my rent check had not been cashed. They ran a "search" on it and couldn't find the check. It remained missing for another 2 days before someone in their office found a whole envelope full of missing rent checks. They told me someone in had "misplaced the envelope" in the office. Anyway, they are incompetent.

Does anyone know what happened to the TV's in the gym?? Did they get ripped off, because I wouldn't be surpised seeing how everything else gets vandalized...
