I've lived here for about a year and ever since then had scorpions. I have a 3 year old and a 3 month old. I fear for their lives because I myself have been stung before and you get really sick. Now just imagine what it does to little ones. The office doesnt care about how you feel all they say is that theyll have someone spray and in three weeks have them do it again. I already killed 20 plus of these nasty little creeps and they are still coming in full force. My three year olds room is the one that has the most and thats why she sleeps in our room, so her room has been vacant for half a year now. I do not feel safe for my kids and the office ladys there don't care they just give me the excuse that its Arizona and that now that its getting cold they will go away. So why do I still have them'
Another shocker, they swear up and down that your water, garbage and sewer bill is different then your neighbors but from my experience my neighbor and I have had the same bill and the neighbors in the other building have compared bills and theirs are the same. So if you are cautious on haw much water you use don't even bother, if other people are using more than you you are going to pay their half. I don't recomend this place to anyone. This place sucks and as soon as my lease is up I am out of here!

Yah man I feel you i left the window open last night and I got stung in the morning my whole leg is numb I even felt some of the poison come to my mouth anyways it turns out that now that it is cold the scorpions are going to start entering ur house more often.I hope I live 2 read my post another day

I lived there for a few years, and never had a problem with the scorpions until about 6 months before I left. There is a powder you can buy and sprikle it on your window sills, and out side your door, you have to be sure its evenly spread and do it lightly. You can spray and spray and spray unless the poision gets right on them they will NOT die. The powder should help because when they walk on it they are sure to get the poison on them, just watch the little ones. Good luck, I hope this helps.
