First, I thought the complex was pretty cool, 2bd room was nice. But the staff was very misinformed, and very very rude. They talk to you with an attitude the whole time Whatever, my wife liked it so we put a deposit on a a 2bd. Well we called the Cox to turn on a day before and they said the apartment was has occupied service. I was like OK. They said to call the Cove and tell them to call. I did. The response from the Cove was “I will, I am with someone right now” I am like hell nah! So I go down their and tell her. She still has an attitude. It changed quickly when she found out she gave my apartment away. Well what did I do' Give me my $100 back. I was like $25 application fee you guys can keep. She said not only because we signed a paper saying we forfeit the $100, that we need to pay for $400 for canceling. I was like OK. What I will do is call my lawyer in the morning, she will send of the papers, and I will get damages, far and beyond the $100 that I am asking for. I leave. 2 minutes later, they call me and refund me the $100. I leave again. I live 30 miles from this place. They call back and give me the application fee. I get it and leave. OK. We think. No More Worries. NOT! We find another apartment, which at this very time I am writing this we are homeless, and have a UHAUL packed with our stuff. Because of the Cove, we are homeless, spent money on a UHAUL, and have to stay with family for a couple of days. Thank GOD for Family. Then we are trying to get approved at SAN LUCAS-some new apartments, down the street, and they say I have 3 evictions on my credit report from the Cove. I was like WTF! So I have to go back to the Cove and get all this paperwork stating I never lived their because I have a very common American name that they don’t go by Social Security # no more and another Brown was living there that doesn’t like to pay bills, So I was subject to scrutiny, and wasted a day going back and forth to the Cove and guess what. I HAVENT EVEN MOVED IN, SIGNED A CONTRACT, A LEASE, NOTHING!!!!AND I ALREADY AM AHAVING LEGAL PRBLEMS WITH THEM. Furthermore, I had forwarded all my mail to that complex, so now my mail is floating around Phoenix in who knows hands'
