To list a few, $25.00 for following someone through the gate, $50.00 for displacement of landscape rocks''' What else, the pool has been locked up for at least 2 weeks each month since I've been here. The grounds are filthy! My apartment when I moved in was filthy, counters we're dirty, toilets were not clean, peanut butter on the pantry doorknob'! Prepare to be hassled at the gate by employees. The complex doesn't hold packages for you, so be ready to drive down to the UPS center when you need something shipped. Management is short unfriendly and unhelpful. Expect to be treated like a number , not a tennant or a customer. DO NOT RENT HERE! You'll regret it.
