ridiculous fees

I've been charged fees for friends coming through the gate, I've been stung by a scorpion (luckily it was an adult), but we've already found about 6 scorpions (3 of which inside the apartment). Wish they would open the back gate before 6am to make it easier for people who live in the back and leave early to work. Management is okay, but the "security" will sometimes stop every car going through the front gate and cause long lines to get inside the complex. Management does show favortism (too bad they hate my wife) so nothing gets fixed in our apartment. Never had a problem with crime though.

You're right about the unbelievable fines. On top of that they have the rudest management I've ever come across.

Thank you. My daughter was considering moving there. After reading your article and others I am convinced it is not a nice place to live. I was surprised to find that almost everyone said the management has a really bad attitude. That many people can't be wrong.
