I lived at the Dakota at Camelback for almost two years and paid above market rent the whole time compared to other people I met. If you like barking dogs on tons of patios at all hours of the night, it is a great place to live. The management is rude, and if you give them a big deposit, expect that you will not get anything back. It's a ripoff, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
