Is it this website that wrong on their math or something else going on here'
maybe this complex bought some advertsiing on this site so they get a higher percentage or someone is loking the other way'
Anyway, looked over the property as a prsoective renter but couldn't shake this whole bunch of netaive ratings, especially so small and so mathematically incorrect'

it goes according to dates also, most of the nos are old ratings from years ago. The new ratings hold more points. It is this way at this webs site.

You also have to take into account the individual ratings ratio. When a reviewer votes no yet give the place a 3 or 3.5, the website sees that closer to a positive review than a negative. A clearly negative review would have to be under 3 out of 5.
