Good price, location, bad maintenance

The apartment is in a good location for the price. However, the maintenance team is the worst I have seen. They are very cheap with what they do, and they have to come back numerous times to fix the same item. They only work the week days, which is hard for my schedule, because I want to be home when they come to fix something. The assistant manager does not know anything! My bike has been stolen 2 times! There is trash, and beer bottels around the property. I do like the parties they throw, and the design of the apartment.
