Nice office staff, clueless managment company. Maint could be better but are often overworked and underpaid for a complex of this size. Employee turnover is high, according to Maint Supervisor.

Has security gates, but do not work most of the time, wich is perhaps the reason for vehicle thefts and attempted apartment break-ins.
