A nice community with some slight flaws From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005   I am a little UNHAPPY with this business. This community is in the process of converting into condos and has gone a little downhill since the official announcement. It takes a while to get things fixed on time (up to 5 days or more), the management staff is tops but, the grounds are a mess with broken beer bottles, litter, pet waste all over and some residents are very rude. It's not surprising since rents were recently lowered and lower class people reside at this community. One thing I can say though, it is much nicer and safer than many other apartment communtities in Phoenix.
