AGAIN I HAVE TO SAY, "HUH"'
i HAVE CONTINUALLY RUN INTO THIS TIMA AND TIME AGIAN ON THIS WEBSITE'
Yes, i have visited this complex but i am so weireded out now after redaing the reviews and then the inflated percentages that I am not sure what to beleive anymore' I definitely know that this place is NOT for me...
I'll stay where I am for now because at least I believe what I am being told where I'm at'

I have to say "huh?" to your post. How does a potentially faulty ratings system translate into you "knowing the place is not for" you and giving it a bad review?
I'm glad you're enjoying believing what you're being told where you currently live. I have a feeling you'd be one of 'those' neighbors.

I belive that my review speaks for itself, Sherlock, nothwithstanding your sarcastic commnetary. I still think that you are part of management or ownership as "Me Thinkin Thou Prostesth Too Much"...I saw what I saw and reviewed what i reviewed what i reviewed....I'll let others make their own assessments....

My issue with the original post still hasn't been addressed. How exactly does apartmentratings.com's possibly faulty scoring system translate into giving the complex a bad review?
Please don't tell me the reason is that you - who have never lived at the complex and never will - wrote a negative review because "other people were doing it" and you're "not sure what to believe"?
Enjoy my username, Sherlock, for your prowess in deductive reasoning has failed to magically link me to owning or working for the complex. I'm neither management nor ownership and I've been to the complex numerous times and have found it to be relatively quiet and well maintained.
I've so far placed a bid on a condo in the complex. I'm a potential "customer" also, just one who is slightly further along the evolutionary timeline.
