They are very rude and not helpful.

They cover each others mistakes and lies to save their jobs but will make the tenant suffer on account of their mistake.

I didn't feel comfortable here.

When ever I did make a request it would take forever to be done.

I would have to call back to remind them of the work they still havent done.

Then they have this 48 hr policy if its not fixed rents free till it is.

YEAH RIGHT! You need to read the fine print.

If after 48 hrs its not done you need to tell the office in writing and then if its still not doen the rent is free till it is.

NOw come on now if I told you once to get it done why should i have to tell you again.

I mena really what good does that do me.

The first months I lived here there was 3 shootings.

And not to mention when my issues with the satff became overwhelming I tried discussing it with the regional mananger.

To my surprise she was worse than her staff.

I had never felt so disrespected in my life she spoke to me as though I was garbage and she could care less if I wanted to leave her property.

So if you dont mind dealing with mainteneace request that aren't done unless you remind them, a unfriendly unknowledgable staff, and a very rude woman who oversees the property as well as others then this is the place for you!
