i lived here during college and i hated it! The ladies in the office are disorganized, lazy and uncaring. My first day I flew into Phoenix I was made to put money down as a "deposit" for my house keys. Unfortunately for me it was late I knew where no banks were, had no transportation and carrying all my luggage. I asked that they just let me in and oh to my surprise they don't have a spare key. I sat and waitedhours till my roommates arrived. Upon moving out I went to get my "deposit" back for the key and now suddenly theres no such thing as a key deposit now nobody knows what I'm talking about.

while i stayed there our ceiling leaked. when we reported this the only thing done was they repainted over the water damage spot. it still leaked the next time in rained.
