Wasn't bad...until we handed in our 60 day notice.

Overall, my stay here wasn't that bad, but it wasn't that great either. Some of the neighbors were SUPER loud, but after a few complaints, they seemed to calm down.
Dealing with the management was somewhat annoying. Customer service is definitely LACKING. Sometimes it would take multiple calls to finally get a service man out to the apartment. There were times where I would call inquiring about deliveries and the girl in the office was either TOO lazy to go look herself or ask the other staff. She would simply reply with, "I haven't seen it."
Once we handed in our 60 day notice, it was all downhill from there. When I would go to the office to collect my packages, the same girl who was too lazy to look for deliveries before was all of a sudden interested in seeing my driver's license before I could pick up my mail. Other times I would arrive with my parcel pickup slip and she wouldn't even check to see if the package was there...she would say, "your roommate already picked it up," when in fact I received the slip in my mailbox just moments before. So I would spend another 5 minutes arguing with her.
If you enjoy dealing with attitudes and noisy neighbors, this is the place for you.
