Lazy and Deceptive

I have lived at the Heritage for almost two years. I am a great tenant, quiet and have always pay my rent on time. Deceptions: #1 They never tell you that in the fine print, you are required to give a 60 day written notice to vacate. #2 They tell you the average utility bill is $50-$75. It is in fact $150-250, as there is very little insulation. #3 They tell you it is quiet. Every Wednesday for 4-5 hours you have to endure gas powered leaf blowers. #4 They tell you what rent is, but they raise it every time you renew. My lastest rent increase was $160/month (with a new 12 month lease, otherwise the increase is $381/month). #5 They say they fix things quickly. BULL. My roof leaked every time it rained..and I mean buckets. My water heater exploded, flooding my storage unit. After 2 days with no hot water, they fixed it, and never cleaned up the mess it left behind. Despite the high end appearance overall, there has been one shooting in the parking lot since I have been here. The office staff (the new office staff...the old ones quit) are rude. I am moving out asap.
