When my family moved in there were several problems in the apartment including the air conditioner. It was cooling the back of the apt but not the front. I could see it was in bad repair and the air was pouring out all over through holes and the broken top of the vent. I had to call them out three times and they acted as if I was crazy and there was no problem. The office manager was so rude I told her she was offending me. I had them come out again and I showed them the problems. Story short: They duck taped the whole thing! Now the duck tape is coming off and the problem is again there. Not to mention the air bill! Plus numerous other problems. Too many to count. Not the best place to live by far! I will not renew after my lease is up.

Things only get worse the long you live here. I agree with you about the manager being rude, Jen has no idea on how to deal with people, she is very arrogant. We will be out of here when our lease is up too!!!
