I'd like to echo pretty much every review that has been written. At first glance the property does look nice, but that's where it ends. Management acts like they care, but never follows thru on requests. Break-ins seem to have become common place with no action from mgmt. The gate is left open all day due to the layout of the complex, which means its open to thieves. There is NO security, even though they tell you there is. There is no insulation resulting in high APS bills.

Do yourself a favor and find a property that cares about it's tenants SAFETY and SECURITY.

I can't wait until my lease is up.
