	They keep your deposits no matter how clean you leave your apartment! First time I've ever had that happen! The place wasn't even that clean when I moved in it!! Guess they'll make their extra money one way or another.

	The Monarch Apartments don't allow you to control your own air conditioning throughout the year. Instead, they turn the air conditioning off and on at pre-determined times, regardless of the temperature outside. Because they turn the AC off before it ... more

	I currently live in unit #310. I really like the place and would highly recommend it. Its all utilities included. 2-thumbs up! Shirley.
