For what you pay in rent you could own a home

The Palms has a great location but that's it. Crappy neighbors, high rent that just goes higher by 100's when you release. Everything is falling apart and the palms will do nothing about it. They won't replace carpet just a cleaning and fresh paint is all you get. Don't be fooled here, for the money look elsewhere.
