Save your money and run run some where else!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've been here way too long at first when i moved here in 2005 it was nice pretty good manager Shela. But since 2006 got new owners now they're renovating at the price has went up from 600 for a 2 bedroom to $783.00 prior to renovations and now that there renovating it's going up to $902.00 for current residents and new move ins are $959 a month. They want the tenants to pay for the new look. For the price it's not worth it to pay someone Else's mortgage if your smart keep looking at this price minds well own your own place! Plus the neighborhood is so so not worth the price of $959.00 It's still ghetto over here you got a lot of tagging here and a lot of drunks over here. o yeah if you ever want to party there's a --- bar next door too. And just to let you know the renovations are done very quick and cheap they hire illegal immigrants which they have been doing half as work.
