Excellent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Positives -Very calm & quiet commmunity -Grounds & property are well maintained and landscaped -Rooms are kept up and clean -Management is excellent, they get let go of staff that are incompetent -Both the Manager, and Asst. Manager are very attentive to tenants needs -Service requests are completed promptly (24hr emergency service that actually comes out immediately, other less pressing needs with in about a week -Tenants are nice and seem to be mindful of their neighbors; no bad characters nor party animals Negatives -Bit pricey but worth it pay attention to promotions or specials -Encountered one instance of a neighboring tenant having a rather loud party at an odd hour. Called the 24hr. security, and within 45 min. the party was over and quiet again. Haven't had a problem with loud tenants for several months.
