From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I found the staff to be rude and not very helpful. I got many letters stating very small incidences. I got a letter from the complex stating that I had a package at the office that had to be picked up. The person that brought the letter to the door was very rude. There is often construction that blocks the drive way and floods due to poor drainage. All of the cable connections in the apartment were painted over, I had to strip off the top layer of paint to install cable. The dishwasher was broken and it took several letters and phone calls for them to send somebody to fix it. My assigned parking space is around the other side of my building complex, I ask to have my parking space reassigned seeing that there are available covered spaces in front of the building, they denied the request stating that they don't change parking to accommadate residents.
