Okay I have lived at these apartments for two years, It was okay to start with nice quiet apts with a gate & security ( I was thinking this is great ) well , we had lived there for about two months, bugs started to show up . I asked to be sprayed, they said they would put me on a list to be sprayed for the next 3 weeks , & i wouldnt have to sign up till 3 weeks passed, well they showed up once & didnt show the other two weeks like I was told they would.
I have a 3 year old & to get home at night after work & to turn on the lights & have your son scared to walk or touch anything because of roaches everywhere is pretty bad, I am a clean person & we had done all we could to get rid of them but its a constant battle , i told them thats why we are moving & they then wanted to spray ... I am now moved to a nicer apt complex in mesa & I am sooo relived I dont have to worry about roaches everywhere. When we moved into the promenade I rented a two bedroom 2 bath & in the kids room ( smaller one ) was a bathroom attached ,, & in the shower on the wall was a swastica sign markered into the shower wall. I asked for that to be removed or fixed, ( it looked as if they tried to remove it but didnt come off ) & they did nothing to that matter, I had to leep my sons bathroom locked so he wouldnt have to see that , & ask what it was. You cant have anything on the balconys, They say it makes the apts look bad. I had a box out there from christmas ( the next day ) & I got a warning to remove or be fined.
Security is only there 1/2 the time, & they charge for anything they can. I called in & asked if I can have till the 6ht to let them know if I am moving or not cause I wasnt sure & one of the girls in the office had said yes, I said I wont have to pay for the 6 days into the month if i do move right cause i asked you & you said it would be okay - she said correct, I went in to tell them I was going to move on the 6th , She denied even saying it was okay in front of me & another co worker & I talked to the manager about this matter - & she didnt do anything so I am having to pay 136.00 for 6 days ... ( due to one month notice issue ) I moved out on the 28th but that didnt matter cause they said I gave notice to move on the 6th & she said she hadnt told me it would be okay to let her know on the 6th . Our neighbors car was stolen 2 times which made them move quickly. They notified the apartment manager, she said they couldnt do anything. Everynight we went to bed in our bedroom , we hear the neighbors going at it , knocking the wall & moaning, My son would ask momma whats that . & it would go on for like almost 2 hours. I told the apts , they did nothing. Its like they cant run theyre own apts... they care less what goes on . They say they will resolve the problem but do nothing.
I wouldnt suggest moving to these apartments... unless you want bugs & crappy service. O -& everytime you resign they raise the rent like 40 bucks also. - Unsatisfied.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!!!! I have been living here for about 7 months and these apartments have to be the worst apartments i have ever lived in. "Westside's best kept secret" that's a bunch of bull. The only secrets that they have is the one they fail to tell you about. I thought when we first moved in everything was good. They advertised the gated community as well as night security. I have only seen a security guard maybe five times since i moved in. The security never do what they are suppose to be doing. Where the hell were they when a car came speeding through the parking lot and hit my car while it was parked?? A week after i moved in our shower broke and they didn't come until the next day to fix it. One night i woke up to ants all over my bed, living room and balcony. When i called them that morning to report it their response was that i would have to wait four days for anyone to come spray. Now why should i have to pay rent somewhere if i had to find somewhere to go for those days?? They say when you move in that these apartments are very strict when it comes to crime but they are anything but that. Since i been here there has been two shootings in the apartments. According to what Karla told me you can not even get into an argument with anyone here and if you are caught doing so you will be given 48 hour notice to move out. So why the hell are the people that shot in the apartments still living here??? According to some residents who have been here for almost 8 years these apartment almost got shut down from all the meth labs that were found in these apartments. Yes these apartments! I couldn't believe it myself. His car was stolen 4 times and his apartment was broken into twice. There are always cops in the apartment almost everyday.

If its so bad why don't you move out!!! You can get a lawyer explain how bad it is and get out of there the lease!

please!!! you mean to tell me that cflores623 has to go through the trouble of looking for a lawyer paying out of pocket to maybe SEE if there is a posibility of having a good case to be able to move out? that is the biggest bunch of bull that i have ever heared. Any right minded person knows that thay need things, evidence if you will to prove their case otherwise its a he said she said situation and most lawyer will not even want to touch such a case.
