Though occasionaly their are some unwanted guests (as with ANY apartment complex in Phoenix) Saying its "INFESTED" is a lie. The office staff is awesome and their exterminator does a wonderful job keeping things under control. I ask you......is there really another issue that your bitter about''' (i.e. evicted for not paying your rent, noise complaints, etc.) Or maybe your just filthy and attract cockroaches no matter where you reside.
