car crashed house front rental From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   a drunk guy crashed through my house late at night while i was living there and the manager argued with my constantly about the house and when it would get fixed. she started harassing me all the time trying to evict me. it was ridiculous. I was geting to the end of my rather long lease and she wouldn't help the situation at all.I began looking for a new home to rent and the manager had to talk to my potential landlords over the phone.she told them that i was a horrible tennant and that i had caused so much existing damage to the building that she wasn't obligated to fix the car damages. remembering all the while that i have a hole in my living room...people see me in my PAJAMAS! the manager finally fixed the apartment, no need anyway it still looks horrible. and just in time for me to live out my leese and buy this nice 2400 sq ft 4bed 2bath. i'd like to say thanks actually.
