The Renaissance at South Mountain

Been here a long time, never seen it look this good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   I have been here 4 years. This place is close to my work. The last couple years this place was going going downhill, and I wasn't going to stay when my lease came up again. Now we have had a new Manager who started about 2 months ago, and she is busting her tail on this place. I have never seen so many things changing so fast. The maintenence men are all over the place, and really moving. The managers name is Claire, and she has apparently worked for the owners of this place for 5 years at another location. All I can say is, I wish she had got here sooner, and I just signed on for another 12 months here. If your looking in this area, I would recommend coming to look. Ask to meet Claire and you will know you are dealing with someone that will keep things in check around here. She is super friendly, but a "no nonsense - take charge" kind of gal.
