This place is HORRIBLE! go down the road to Yorkshire. This place is to close to the bad apt complexes and the school. PLus it is the preffered housing fo the Motorcylce school. So if you want to here loud motorcycles and squealing tires evry single day this is the place for you. 2 weeks after moving in I had one car vandalized and then a few mopnths later my other car stolen. My neighbor has had one car and a quad stolen. One new guy had his brand new motorcycle stolen. This is just within 5 parking spaces. There have been others. The grounds are not well lit and the management for the most part are rude and incompetent. The security never responds to the idiots in the pool every weekend at 2 am! My apt had torn seems in the carpet and I have to cover it with a rug, even though I specifically asked if the carpet was good. MY front door wont shut right and my tub grout is cracked and the re did it 3 times. now the tiles are turning colors. This place attract alot of disrespectful dirty people who dont watch their kids so they can throw rocks onto the hood of you car. these are just some of the things wrong with the place. Seriously just go down the road, this place is so not worth your money. Not to mention the recent drug bust and the pipe bombs found in the apt. Just drive past this place!!!
