I HAVE ONLY LIVED THERE FOR ONE MONTH AND WHEN THE DAY CAME TO SIGN THE LEASE WE ASKED TO SEE THE APARTMENT BEFORE WE SIGNED, THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE KITCHEN CABINET,THE CARPET WAS STAINED, SCARS IN THE WALLS, CABINENT LAMINENT WAS PEELING OFF, SO THREE HOURS LATER THEY FINALY FIXED EVERY THING SO WE SIGNED THE LEASE.
WE MOVED IN AND FOR SOME REASON WE HAVE A LOT OF BUGS IN THE APARTMENT LIKE SPIDERS, COCKROACHES, ANTS, AND THE WORST OF ALL SCORPIONS.
THE APARTMENT STAFF SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO EXCEPT FOR SPRAY FOR BUGS, THEY DID AND IT DID NOT WORK SO EVERY NIGHT I HAVE TO CHECK MY BED AND CLOTHES FOR SCORPIONS.
AND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GATED COMMUNITY THIS IS NOT THE PLACE BECAUSE ALOT OF THE TIMES THE GATES DO NOT CLOSE AND ARE OPEN ALL NIGHT.
ALSO MY ROOMATES VEHICLE GOT RUMAGED THROUGH.
SO THEY SAY THEY ARE A LUXURY APARTMENT COMMUNITY THEY ARE NOT AND I AM MOVING WHEN MY LEASE RUNS UP.
