Yeah, so we have been here for about 2 months. In that time, I have had one car stolen and another vandalized. As it turns out, it is a pretty common occurance at the Retreat. And NO, the bug problem has not gotten any better. We kill at least two scorpions a day! What fun!! The other two reviews are RIGHT ON, no exageration! The weekend our car was stolen, the officer had taken reports of 4 other in the property. It is worth the extra $200 per month to live closer to Scottsdale!! We are out of here as soon as possible!!
