We are not Apt. people, we moved here for a job, site unseen and this is the place we chose for location. The landscape is very nice, office is very helpfull, staff is here same day to do what ever work is to be done. Just today they had the Phoenix Fire Department here at the main pool to give "Pool Safety" lessons. Newly painted buildings..yes because of the rain it took longer than expected, but we were notified of every detail. No matter what call to the office, things are taken care of ASAP! Parking is a bit tricky at times and that is a problem at times. We are near the main pool and that is a concern on the weekends but calling security takes care of the problem right away. As far as apartments, if we have to do it again, we would come here.
