I found myself having problems with the apartment I moved into right away. I thought fine let them fix the stuff and it will be fine. Instead I had a struggle with the management to get the problems fixed. I found them to be really unconcerned and difficult to work with. They had a hard time following through and really caused a lot of inconvenience. Although, I was very glad that they have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, because I used it and left the apartment after all the trouble. I did not want to be locked up in a lease and live somewhere where the management is very poor and unhelpful to their residents.
