I would look elsewhere From: roxyaz Date posted: 8/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   When my fiance and I moved into the apartment we were told the management works with residents so that even if the prices go way up they will try to give you a break when you renew your lease. What a load of bull, not that we would want to stay here anyway, but if we did our rent would go up 125.00 a month. What a deal! I am really disappointed with the promptness of maintenance and pest control. We saw a lot of roaches which took weeks to get someone here to spray, and now I'm seeing ants. Lets see I put in that complaint July 26th and still haven't seen the bug guy, guess I'll make a 5th phone call about it and hope I get results. I also work night shift so trying to sleep during the day with all those loud motorcycles speeding past my window doesn't allow for much sleep. Had to invest in earplugs and lots of fans to drown out the noise and I still sometimes hear them go by. You can probably get a nice place for cheaper if you go down the road. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
