The place is not that bad, people..My goodness, they make it sound like they're on the south side of town..talkin about drugs & car theft. Hello everyone!! It's Arizona! Az is the #1 city of car theft! It's gonna happen everywhere you go! I lived here once in 2002 & now I'm moving back with my family. I still like the place & i also think they respond very quickly to any maintenance issues. i would reccommend the retreat to anybody
