They take money out of your bank account Illegaly.

They get you to sign up to have your rent automatically deducted from your account, convienent, yes, but then if they feel as if they want to take additional money out the ----- of an apartment manager just takes it upon herself and takes out more money without you signing anything. Besides that the apartments have roaches in them and you beg them to come spray and they never show up. I know several people who I work with who live here and they also have roach problems. We pay over 1100.00 A month to live with roaches, how disgusting. The snobby apartment manager doesnt even live here probably for that reason. DONT EVER LIVE HERE IT IS AWFUL AND ALL OF THE ABOVE ISNT THE HALF OF IT.........

I live at The Retreat and have for some time now, and never expierenced those problems. I as well have my rent taken out of my account and so far so good, no problems. I have had some bug issues, spiders and ants but the office has taken care of my requests to have my apartment sprayed, the ofice staff has been very nice to deal with in the time I have lived here. The location is great also for my work is right down the street. Sad to hear your expierence was so negative. I would highly recomend this place
