I HAVE NEVER MET SUCH A GROUP OF LIARS BEFORE. FIRST OF ALL WHEN I MOVED INTO THE APARTMENTS THEY SAID THAT THE 1 BEDROOM WAS 725 SF. NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT IT IS A 736 SF APARTMENT. WHERE ARE THEY GETTING THAT EXTRA SQUARE FEET AT' SECONDA OF ALL THE APARTMENT THAT THEY SHOW YOU IS NOT THE ONE THAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET. THEY SHOW YOU THE MODEL AND THEY SAY THAT EVERYOTHER 1 BEDROOM HAS THE SAME LAYOUT. LIARS!!!!!!! I GOT A COMPLETE DIFFERENT LAYOUT THEN WQHAT THEY SHOWED ME. THEIR ARE ALWAYS KIDS AND TEENS SCREAMING AND RUNNING AROUND YOUR APARTMENT. PEOPLE WALK THEIR DOG BY OTHER PEOPLES APARTMENT BUILDING AND LET THEM DO THEIR BUISNESS RIGHT NEXT TO YOUR DOOR AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE COMMON COURTECY TO CLEAN IT UP. AND WHEN YOU ASK MAINTENANCE TO DO IT, THEY JUST LOOK AT YOU AS IF YOU ARE RETARED AND THAT WE ARE PUTTING THEM OUT, HELLO GET A DIFFERENT JOB IF YOU DONT LIKE IT. YEAH SO DEFINITELY DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET AND I WILL BE TELLING YOU TOLD YOU SO! I CANT WAIT I MOVE OUT IN TWO WEEKS.

First of all, LEARN HOW TO SPELL before you start writing a bunch of bull! There is ONLY 1 layout of the 1 bedroom, sounds like you are the confused one!

the first post is correct, (and who cares about the spelling)the apartments that are shown are NOT the same as what you get, they have different kitchens (nice benches and tiles) beautifully appointed bathrooms with tiles on floor and over tub and vanity, and the apartment have vinyl flooring, its really cheap and so is the carpet on the floor! Cleaned with come sort of chemical that after 11 months I am still vacuuming up (dry white dust). What you see is not what you get!

I agree with the poopy issue. the apartment does not offer doggie bags to entice dog owners to be courteous to our families, nor are there any notices/reminders and there is a serious smell/sightly issue some sections of the complex.
