I just moved out of the Retreat and I have to say I did enjoy my time there, now it's not perfect, no apartment is, we have had a small scorpion problem and we had pidgions in the attic, (I lived up stairs) They took care of the pidgon problem. The maintence is top notch, they will be there in 24 hours or less. The office staff is awesome. The grounds are kept very nice. The only thing I can suggest is to buy some weather stripping and some cawlking and seal up the windows and doors, it will help so much and save you lots of money, and also help the scoripion peoblem. If you do not like scoripions do not live on the first floor it is a bigger problem, we only had two so far, the guy below us has had 6 just last summer alone.
