Okay I will start by saying we are paying around 550.00. Awesome price! But the thing is- the manager is awful vthe paintainece crew is awful. There was a fire here a few weeks back and no one would 1) check on any of us and make sure we were okay and2) answer any phone calls...we (4 different people) called and called an dcalled....I finally got someone only because my hsuband went down to the office and told them lady to PICK UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 she did and her response to the fire situation wa I am too busy to come downthere and check it out. WHAT!!!!! The apt is awful. It is for sure a fixer uper. The grout doesn't match- meanign there are 4 different grout colors in the entry. I told maintaince an he said some one would come out tuesday and redo he WHOLE ENTRY! Ha- that's funny they just did a small section IN THE MIDDLE WHERE ENERYONE CAN SEE IT. And also there is tons of dog ---- EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK-NO ONE CLEANS UP AFTER THEIR PETS AT ALL AND I HAVE A 2YEAR WHO CAN'T EVEN PLAY OUT SIDE
