The Village at Lakewood - Ahwatukee

VERY HAPPY HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/5/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   POSITIVE: The complex was very quiet. Children would play during the day but never a problem with noise during enreasonable hours. Staff very friendly!!! Apartment stayed very cool in part because of the many trees in the complex. Close access to the greenbelt, great for walking dogs. Nice club house avalible for parties. NOT SO POSITIVE: Parking is very limited for those with two cars. Residence are not very responsible with their dogs, allowing them to wonder alone and off a leash. overall VERY HAPPY!!!
