The office staff is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful here. They will treat you with disrespect and disregard for your needs. Not to mention the fact that the maintenance "department" here is a joke. They maintenance staff is NEVER on time and problems are rarely fixed correctly. When we moved in, our dishwasher didn't work so we were promised a brand new one. What did we get' A DIRTY used one from a vacant apartment - and it doesn't work either! Our stove, sinks, and numerous electrical outlets still don't work after many requests to be fixed. There is a promise in the lease agreement that they will provide you with free rent for the days that the problems go unfixed, however read it CAREFULLY - they have loopholes to get out of that.
There are horrible, smart mouth kids that run rampant and trash the grounds and cause problems for tenants. These kids rip out bushes, litter everywhere, and throw sticks and rocks at cars. However if you have a stereo out, look out... You will get a 10 day notice quicker than you can blink. Once you receive ONE warning or complaint, all other noise complaints/etc - even if you are not at fault - will be directed toward you. The office staff will harass you from that day forward.
The apartments themselves are not bad, however all fixtures/etc are cheap and falling apart. Our cupboards don't even close. Not to mention the kitchen is about the size of a refrigerator box.
For the amount of money it costs to live here, I would expect much more. I do not recommend this to anyone. Stay away - don't waste your money and time!!!!!!
