The Village at Lakewood - Ahwatukee

Awesome! From: jasonsellsinaz Date posted: 9/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have resided at Lakewood for over a year now (I signed for a second year). The staff is wonderful. I am not sure how they remember everyone's first name but they do. Every time I have had to submit a maintainence request, Gavin or one of the guys takes care of it that same day or the next day at the latest. The grounds are kept like a park. The people that reside here keep to themselves but are very friendly. I have a 3 year old little guy who likes it here more than I do. Gavin and the rest of the staff know him by first name and treat him as though he is one of thier own children. I can let him play with the other children in our courtyard without having to worry. Anyone whom has anything bad to say about Lakewood Village either has a grudge (probably because they didn't pay thier rent & were asked to leave)or they have this complex confused with some other place! I would HIGHLY reccomend it for all renters from Young Families to Retiree's. There is something for everyone!
