eh, its a decent enough place to live, have a problem with noise on the weekends, but thats because i live next to some other college kids. the rent is a little steep. i pay 560 rent/utilities /month for a studio.
yes they do charge for utilities...which is rather stupid to say they are included....
pools are decent, usually clean. grounds are usually clean. people usually freindly.
all around, barring a few problems, its a decent place. i give it a 3.
