I wouldn't recommend this place at all. My lease is almost up and I'm moving... It's either me or the roaches... the roaches can stay. I've had it!

Also, within my year of living here we did go for 3 weeks without hot water an/or no water at all. Apparently their was a problem with the boiler and they weren't able to fix it (or find out what the problem was for awhile).

Also, the laundry room usually has 3-4 washers that are broken. Most of the time you don't know until you've washed a load and the washer has failed to complete the cycle...leaving you with a washer full of clothes and water.
