Well....

Overall I'm not very unhappy with Timbertree. There have been a few issues:
The gates rarely work. My name wasn't even in the gate pad so someone could call me from the gate so I can buzz them in, until about a month ago. This month will be a year since I've lived there. That was annoying.
The fitness room, there's a $100 deposit for a key. I think that's ridiculous.
Lately the washers and dryers have all been working, but they are expensive. I don't know if Timbertree themselves controls the price but it's just how I feel.
The apartment itself I've never really had any problems. The appliances are older but they've always worked for me. I do like that they paint an accent wall, in your choice of color, before you move in, as well as the electricity being a flat rate no matter how much you use.
I am moving out because my rent seems to go up a couple dollars every month and I just can't afford it anymore.
Overall, I would recommend Timbertree as a temporary place to maybe get a feel of what it's like out in the real world, as a permanent residence however, definately not.
