Do you want to PAY for someone else's electricity, water, and gas' Yes, then this place for you. Don't believe me' send me an email and I'll forward you the email letter I got from the manager (don't know if still the same) explaining why you will pay hundreds of $$ every month even if you are out the whole month or year!!! Oh, and you will realize it 3 months later... Uhhh'' Yes, you get your bill with a 3 month lag... FISHY-FISHY, you BET! and of course they don't tell you this.

In a previous review someone mentioned about a leasing agent mixing apples and oranges and reluctant to give a ballpark estimate when asking about utility bills... Not only apples, the whole produce, this community is one of those who keep it in-house, meaning, they shut-down water, AC (If this bad joke of chiller can be called AC) when ever they please and if you dare to call they tell you is an emergency, 5 days a week for several months in a row... YEAH RIGHT.
Like I said before, unless all of your bldg neighbors (4-8 units per bldg) are energy efficient, you will end up stucked with a huge energy bill every month AND still pay utilities for 3 months after you get out of here. They have a single utility reading meter for the building, so using their calculators (some other company, but call and they will tell you is the apartments who really run the show), based on the people living in you apartment, sq.ft, some oranges and apples, they AVERAGE the usage per unit (WHAT!!!! Not what you really use)... Aint' that Nice'''

ALL THESE without mentioning that it stinks (literally) to dog, cat and who knows what else droppings, you should visit the property when it rains so you can have an enhanced smell experience, so'' big deal, dog smell, this is not all, the kitchen cabinets are not only centuries old, they stink as well, and they are charmingly sticky, why bothered cleaning! paint on top of the dirt and that will do it (the only problem - not for to long). Treatment after treatment of febreezze and thousand other cleaning chemicals and the odor remains, oh and your cups, etc, will soon catch it too.

AND of course Rude staff, got roaches, mice, any other bug''' It is your fault, even if they were there before you, HA ha - If you bother them enough, then, they will send someone to spray your home, this won't help at all, they are SOOOO cheap, I really think its water with soap... Some Desert Hog (or desert-something, who cares) would say, they leave food allover - don't be stu@#!$ desert-hog, people lives here, there is going to be food crumbs and even if there is not, should not be such a bad problem like it is here, or at least the apartments should be able to get rid of them, we BUG them so bad, they had to really bomb our place with spray, it actually killed them for good, but talk to a couple of neighbors and they will tell you they have denied to do so for them.

Anyway, I could keep on going forever, but with this, I really hope I can persuade you not to rent here, this apartment complex is not even close to being one of the nicer ones around, but they sure price them like if they were. If you want to save some bucks and that is why you are looking for one that runs their own energy and stuff, there are several around here THAT DO HAVE the flat rate and it won't change every month.
