Highly NOT recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   I lived here for 18 months, then purchased a home and found someone to take over my apartment for them (on my own). They were pre-approved and even agreed to sign a new lease. With that being said, they still charged me one months rent for breaking my lease. So for the month that I moved out, they got two months rent. Incompetent staff, does not follow through, issues are not ignored. When my apartment flooded from the rain, it took two days for them to get there. I had to rip out the carpet myself and rent a dryer to keep mold from forming. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
