Townhomes On the Park

Very reasonable From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I waited for a corner upstairs apartment and got what I wanted. The rent is reasonable for the size (over 1,000 sqf). I lived not far from the pool. Even with that location I found it to be pretty quiet 90% of the time. My neighbors are quiet so I was lucky there. It is not gated so take precautions with your vehicle (even gates are not much security in Phoenix). The locations is exceptional for me. Lots of shopping and easy access to major highways and local streets as well. The grounds are well-kept. Nice park right next door. I like the fact that pets are not allowed. Month to month rent after 1 year lease. 10 day grace period for rent payment. Washer and dryer are small which is okay for me. Very large master bedroom. I lived there almost 2 years and was very satisfied. The staff responded to concerns when I had them which wasn't often. I highly recommend this apartment. It's a great location.
