This property has several complaints on file for discrimination amongst many other violations which are available to read on the Phoenix Housing Authorities Web-site. It is managed by PB BELL which is a leasing/sales company and by no means should be mistaken with a property management company. Very in-experienced 2 person staff. Vvery noisy complex, single glass windows, poor construction, poor insulation resulting in auto and road pollution from Camelback road to settle in your apartment and on everything you own. NO / LITTLE security. Security provided from an on-site resident who knows nothing about anything. Pool area very un-safe and property is known to market itself as a community in which does not allow children. This is a violation of the fair housing laws in AZ. This list goes on ! Move on and do not waste your time with this over-priced, mis-managed halfway house for California'ns awaiting to occupy thier new home somwhere in Phoenix.

I am a resident and can assure you that the accusations regarding discrimination in this review are untrue. The Fair Housing Act is taken very seriously by all the staff here at this community.

Look it peeps, just because some like an Adult Setting, doesn't mean they are Hags as you called them. We are seniors but far from being ready for the Nursing Home, Apts. for older adults are very hard to find and should be much more available, if we feel this way, way can't younger peeps feel the same, and have that option also. It doesn't mean we hate your kids or kids in general, just means we'd like the quiet, serenity and calmness of a more adult life style. Give 'em a break for gods sake, 50-75% of them more than likely have kids that are raised, or are career folks, or like us retiring and have been there and done that years ago. Kids aren't stupid by any means, if they appear that way, it's because of poor supervision, kids learn what they see.
